If your item arrives in a damaged condition or if you are unhappy with it for any reason, you will have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return the item for a full refund, less S&H. Please note that any items included in any Promo and Now or Never promotions are considered to be final sale.
All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any items that are found to have any animal hair on them.
We only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through our webshop at www.myinnerfire.com. We are not able to accept returns for items purchased through 3rd party retailers, Amazon, studios or stores. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from. They should be able to help you further.
Any item purchased at an event or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. We offer special sale pricing for events, so we thank you for your understanding on this policy! We cannot honour festival pricing for our online items.
All Black Friday & Boxing Week Sale purchases are final sale. All coupon codes except gift cards will be disabled during Black Friday Sale Period (due to prices being automatically discounted). Black Friday & Boxing Week sale does not apply to gift cards or wholesale. All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post.

Our "Now or Never" products are final sale, limited edition products and last remaining sizes available. These products are all final sale. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted on final sale products. If a final sale product is damaged or defective, an online store credit may be issued. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to notify us of the defect.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll need your order # or the email address used to place the order. If your order was damaged or defective upon receipt, please attach a photo of the defect. Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached (unless the item was damaged upon receipt).
Due to Hygienic reasons and the nature of non-medical grade face masks, Unisex Consideration Masks are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
2. After your return or exchange has been approved by e-mail, please include in your return package a short note quoting your order number, the details of your request, your shipping address and your e-mail address.

There are two ways to do this:
-Ship the item(s) back using Canada Post or the shipping provider of your choice using a tracking number. Packaging it up as small as possible will reduce the costs. Please note that it can take up to six weeks for an internationally-bound shipment to be returned to us.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping provider of your choice. If you are in Canada, the most economical way to ship an item is to lay it as flat as possible in a large envelope and ship as regular service lettermail without tracking, however we cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive back to our warehouse. If it can fit through a mail slot, it can be shipped this way.
4. When we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a refund notification via e-mail. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your item is to be exchanged due to an error in fulfilling the order or defect we will cover the cost of shipping and will email you a return shipping label. If you wish to return or exchange for personal reasons (wrong size chosen, not suitable, etc), we will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
We stand by our commitment to produce quality products. If you find that there are any seam issues or structural defects within the first six months of purchase, please e-mail us a photo of the defect with your order number at email@example.com. If the item is repairable, please follow the exchange procedure and send the item with a short note explaining your request. If the item clearly has a structural flaw, we will send you a new item free of charge. If the item is a final sale or Now or Never item, we may issue you a store credit instead of replacing the item.
Unfortunately we aren't able to adjust prices for items purchased prior to a sale or promotion.
Each product listing has a ‘specs’ tab that specifies the dimensions of the garment. You can refer to our Sizing Chart. If you’re unsure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you. You can also email us a photo of yourself so that we can help you find the right size. For our leggings, we usually recommend that people go with the smaller size if they're deciding between two sizes. Over time, the leggings relax a little bit, so it's better to start out with the smaller size.
If the item you’re looking for is out of stock, you can opt-in for an alert on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock. Prints are limited, so we always recommend buying a favourite style while you can. All items tagged with a “Now or Never” icon show the sizes that are still available; these items will be discontinued once sold out. We release new designs twice per year, so sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when new product drops.
We release two collections per year: a Spring/Summer collection and a Fall/Winter collection. Sign up for our email newsletter and be the first to know when new collections come out.
Our shirts are hand-printed in Vancouver, BC using low-impact water-based inks. Because of the eco-friendly nature of the inks, it's normal for them to fade a bit over time.
Our leggings are made from 88 percent recycled polyester (derived from recycled plastic bottles) with 12 percent spandex, and are made in small batches in Vancouver, BC.
Yes, all of our leggings, capris, shorts and graphic tanks are BPA free and sourced from the highest quality recycled material.
Our leggings are treated with Chitosante, a natural anti-microbial treatment that is produced from re-purposed crab and shrimp shells. These shells are recycled from the food industry, so nothing is killed to directly create the product. We understand that this still may not bode too well for strict vegans, but the other alternative to prolonging the life of the garment is to use harsh chemicals. This is the best eco-friendly alternative out there. The biomass has been tested for allergens and does not include any of the proteins that people are allergic to. It's totally safe for people with shellfish allergies.
We recommend our garments be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Hand washing is best, but machine wash will not hurt them. Never iron! Our casual tanks and tees can be machine washed and dried on a cold or warm temperature setting. Over-washing will cause the water-based inks used on our screen printed tops to fade faster.
We guarantee that our legging fabric is pill-resistant, bleed resistant and fade resistant. If you have any issues with the quality of your leggings, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Yes, you can! Always be sure to rinse with cold water and use natural soap right after you get out of the water.
We do recognize the lack of offerings out there for sizes beyond size 12. We are still a very small company, so although each legging is pressed and sewn individually, they are cut in bulk layers and we have to adhere to the minimum cut quantities set by the factory. Right now the minimums required do not match the demand for sizes outside of our current offering. We are monitoring the demand for our latest size addition and if we see a demand for even more sizes, then we will consider adding more. That being said, our size 12's fit a 12-14 or even 12-16.
For our screen-printed tanks and tees, we do have a unisex option, which offers a size XL. We are also exploring more options for our tops.
At this time, we only offer one length in the leggings and one length in the capris. We chose lengths that suit the majority of body types. We are still a small company, so it’s beyond our production capacity to add a tall option for our leggings.
Yes! We have tested our leggings in hot yoga studios and in humid environments. Our fabric is moisture wicking and breathable. Depending on how much fabric you like to wear in hot environments, you can try our Soul Shorts if you’re looking for an option with less fabric.
Yes, our leggings are SPF 50 and can be worn for sun protection (they're great for surfing or paddleboarding!)
Yes, you are able to add to or modify an existing order. Please call our warehouse at 604-383-0060 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make this request.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or call 604-383-0060. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped. If it’s too late to cancel the order, you can return it once received and we will credit you.

Inner Fire gift cards can be purchased online HERE. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. We don’t issue physical gift cards in order to keep things environmentally friendly.

Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing some minor delays in production and shipping which may result in slightly longer wait times. You will notice your status will say “PROCESSING”, which means we are in the process of picking and packing it or in some cases waiting for one or more of the items to be produced. Please note that fulfillment of your order times will vary depending on stock availability and order placement. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notifying you of shipment and your tracking number if you have chosen the “shipping with tracking” option.

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Canadian orders take 3-10 business days to arrive and are sent via oversized letter mail or light packets. US orders take 5-14 business days to arrive and are sent via light or small packets. International orders take 3-6 weeks to arrive.
We have tracked and non-tracked shipping options; the non-tracked option is the default shipping option. You can choose tracked shipping at checkout, but please note the increased cost. This option is only available to North American customers. If you do not opt for tracking, you will not have a tracking number.
Yes, we ship worldwide from Vancouver, BC. Please note that international orders are subject to applicable customs and import fees.
Shipping times vary widely internationally, and delays are always possible. International buyers are responsible for any additional tariffs, VATs, import and duty fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order.
Yes! You can opt to save on shipping and pick up your order from our office in Tsawwassen by choosing “Local Pick-Up” as your shipping option. Please wait until you have received a email confirming your order is ready for pick up.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please call Canada Post or the associated carrier with the tracking number and file a claim with them. We will assist you if action is required on our end to make the claim. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the postal service to deliver the package if you chose the non-tracked shipping option. Reasonable wait times are 3 weeks in Canada and 4-5 weeks outside of Canada.
Cases of undelivered packages will be looked at individually. If shipping information, such as an address, is misspelled by a customer, the package will be shipped back to Inner Fire. We can reship the order with proper address, however, we will recharge for shipping fees. We are not responsible if the item is lost due to theft, improper address, change of address or incomplete address. If all options are exhausted and the item still has not shown up, we will charge a replacement fee to send out a new item.
