We hope everyone is safe and healthy during this difficult time. In light of the current developments around COVID-19, we wanted to take a moment and share the steps we’re taking to keep our community and employees as safe as possible. 

To protect our community and support national efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily closed our retail location at Tsawwassen Mills. Our online store remains open, and our warehouse and factories are following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to ensure their safety and yours.

Are you still shipping orders?

We are still fulfilling and shipping orders while taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of our team. Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. During this time, we appreciate your patience as orders may be delayed by 1-4 weeks. We can confirm that while we are continuing to ship to most countries globally, unfortunately, some of our in-country courier solutions are now being directly affected due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak. What about returns?

We are still accepting returns, however return parcels may take longer for us to process. Due to this, refunds may take longer than usual. We continue to allow returns for up to 30 days upon receipt of your item. To learn more about our return policy, please visit our Customer Service page.

What extra steps are you taking with your warehouse and team?

We are taking every precaution that we can to keep our employees safe and minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19. All team members are wearing masks, practicing physical distancing, and have access to hand sanitizer. Our employees are working from home where possible, and receiving full pay. We are following CDC guidelines at our warehouse and factories. Our shirts are hand-printed and our leggings are made in small batches where we are practicing social distancing. We are continuously working to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our employees and our products. It is safe to receive and open your package. As per the World Health Organization, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating your parcel is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package is also low. As a general rule of thumb, it is best to wash your hands thoroughly after handling a package and avoid touching your face. Please visit the Government of Canada website for recommendations on protecting yourself against COVID-19.
