It’s time to crack your heart open. You’re going to have to do this one yourself, since all the operating tables are full. We’ll be by your side the whole time, breathing with you, guiding you, and holding space for times when you need a rest – to just sit still and breath. There’s nothing to be afraid of. It may be painful or difficult to open your heart up, but think of all the love that you will be able to give and receive once you’ve done the dirty work.
