YOGA TAKES ME HERE!!
Want to win some swag? In collaboration with @Tinabock and @laurenrudick we're putting on a contest!
The theme is Yoga Takes Me Here.
This challenge is about the practice of yoga as a whole. The challenge is about how yoga enhances our lives and takes us to places we never thought possible, on the mat, throughout the day, or maybe inside ourselves.
We want to hear your stories! Where does your yoga practice take you? For your chance to win, use hashtag #yogatakesmehere and follow:
We welcome both men and women to participate.
This challenge will go for the entire month of November. So you’ve got a whole month to take your best photo and share your story of how #yogatakesmehere. The winner will be chosen at the end of November for the best overall photo and personal interest story, not for coolest or most advanced yoga pose. Prizes will be provided by Inner Fire Apparel and Freewaters Footwear.
We can’t wait to see and read where yoga has taken you! Remember follow @Tinabock @laurenrudick @freewaters_footwear @myinnerfire @avignajewelry for your chance to win!
It’s really important that we fuel our bodies the right way and boost our mood and energy naturally instead of turning to caffeine and sugar-filled snacks. While they might give you a temporary hit, they won’t do your body any good in the long run; they will only slow you down and leave you even more tired!
There is wide variation in women’s and men’s bodies; some women will have a narrower pelvis than the average man and some men will have more flexible joints than the average woman. However, there are significant differences between the average female and average male body.
