I recently took at trip over to Victoria, BC to check out the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training that was happening there. I can't believe it's already been 2 years since I did my training to become a Moksha Teacher! If you haven't tried this hot yoga practice, it's AMAZING! I really believe that it is the best hot yoga practice out there. In addition, they have built one of the most amazing and supportive yoga communities you will ever see. If you're ever near a Moksha studio, I recommend checking it out. There's always new studios popping up all over the place!
Anyways, I brought my good friend Britt Firth with me to Victoria. She's an awesome Moksha Yoga Teacher from Halifax, NS. She can pull off a mean splits and likes to stick her tongue out when she smiles. Her light radiates just like the yellow light in the tattoo on her shoulder. She introduced me to chia pudding (for which I am forever grateful).
I needed a model for an ad that I will be placing in the upcoming Wanderlust Whistler program and she was a perfect fit. Here are some shots that we took down at the beach in Victoria. Enjoy!
